Hey everyone!
Im testing my TCM cables too.
Grounds seem good, live positive (coresponding to f33 in front fusebox) has power,
but the Green Orange cable that is ignition powered (coresponding to f15 in primary fusebox) is measuring 11.7v both at the TCM plug and at the F15 fuse (so do the other fuses there, powered by the ignition)
is it normal?
thank you!

ive got a p1643 ( communication error between ecu and tcm:
- i know for a fact that the Ecu, Tcm & J gate are all ok.
- Tested the continuity of the cables from the tcm plug to the ecu plug and to the fuseboxes, and they have a very low (towards 0) resistance, so they seem ok
- tcm connector has two positive calbles:
#1: Brown Red Live positive has same voltage as battery: 12.2v
#2: Green Orange ignition positive measures 11.7v. ( and so i tested at its fuse, in the primary fusebox, and they all measure 11.7)
This is why im asking if its normal?
many thanks 😎

Coming back here for those that might be dealing with the “Gearbox Fault” or “Gear Box Fault”. Mine ended up being a broken wire on the right side (US Passenger) wheel well. Take a look at post #50 below:
