3.0 motor temp electric fan problem

HI to all ....This may not be a problem at all but after changing a broken radiator hose and refilling the cooling system > 60% water and 40% antifreeze + redline water wetter to keep my motor running cooler as a result some problems came about> electric fan is never coming on the motor is running a bit too rich and temp readout never goes past 1/2 also heater is not throwing out hot air. ? {all were working correctly before} is the 3.0 year 2000 stype that sensitive to temp, will these new found problems go away if i take the time to change out to stock radiator fluid? thank you

I would do a few searches about proper bleeding of the cooling system. If you don't know where or how to bleed the air out you will have the symptoms you mention.
There is a special connection up by your brake master cylinder. You also have a bleeder on the top tank. I have found that cycling the car from cold to hot several times will get most of the air out. Now some cars are not so easy and will require multiple bleedings over a number of days.
