My i930 does not have the "OBDII Diagnose" option that your scanner is showing in your first photo....

Jon I got this as I could go down and get a reading this morning.
On start up our first screen:
Diagnose OK goes to Jaguar Landrover
Tool Setup OK goes to Language or Beeper
Tool information OK goes to Version (Jaguar Rover) Serial # and Register code

AND the Oscar goes to, OH, sorry got carried away. Houston we have a problem, I think?????

Oh, it seems there is a problem , there is a fundamental part of your scanner missing it seems , quite an inconvenience to not have graphs intergrated with your scanner espeshaly when the graphs are one of its selling points . I wonder what the "engineer" has to say about this one ?
I think this may need to be mentioned on your next communications with icarsoft,
We may be missing a step to open the menu page with further options maybe ,
But I'm sure mine has always had This option befor and after its update!

Thanks Datsport, I keep feeling that we should have had more choices to start.
Putting it in Automatic seems to be working, but I think it goes through the motions and doesn't really do anything on the XK8. Funny how sometimes it will give a full list of module in manual and the next it won't. Odd.
Jon will sort them out I hope.

iCarsoft's customer service rep is supposedly tracking down their one and only engineer to provide assistance to us regarding Wayne's 2000 XK8 and my i930. So we'll see what happens next week....

We believe these folks reside in Australia, so there's a 24-hour lag on our e-mails going back and forth. This stretches out the customer / company communication timeline considerably but at least I'm now getting consistent responses to my questions (although the responses are not always exactly what I want to hear)....
