AC..Changed DCCV and Repaired RCCM ..Driver side still blows Hot
I had the dreaded "AC blows hot air " desase few weeks back ..I got DCCV replaced and the RCCM repaired by Mudule Master , Idaho. I typically keep my driver vents closed...so cool air did come out of the AC on Passenegr side ..I thought I was done ..right ...but my wife she drove the car other day open the Driver vents hot air is still coming.!! ..If I keep my temp hi ( no AC ) on driver side and low ( Hi AC) on Passenger it actually works okay with slightly warm air out of Driver side..but need to get it done right...Any thoughts!!

This information is for a 2000 S-Type 3.0 and yours is a 2005 4.0 so this information is a little different. However, the link to Jaguar Climate Control will help you in your troubleshooting process and a DIY Diagnose It Yourself procedure.
Link: JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource
I do not have a oneline for MY 2005 but this MY 2004 might help

I hope this helps.

I went to Jaguar Climate Control site ...and followed instructions to check DCCV/RCCM .....did test procedure B...Had to buy a multi meter..using for first time ...used IR thermometer gun for temps.
but here are the results.
Engine ON ..A/C on ...temps on LO ( outside temp 88 F)
i. Temp Driver 130 F ...Center 120 F ....Pass 77 F
Step ii ...FC 4 pin9 Voltage @ 58 ( 2000 m V setting on multi meter)
. FC 4 pin 10 Voltage @ 256 ( " " )
Resistance Pin9 @ 110 ohms ( 2000 omega setting on multi meter )
. Pin10 @ 555 ohms ( " " )
skip iii ( no clamp-on ammeter )
iv. Current Pin 9 @ 8.1 amps ( 200 m A seeting on Multi meter )
. Pin 10 @ 39.4 amps ( 200 m A setting on Multi meter )
These values for voltage , resistance and amps needs to adjusted based on Multi meter settings I suppose.
Have not done sensor measurements ( step v) yet ..
Any thoughts on these numbers...I have not sent out the RCCM back to Module Masters yet ...but will do after some feedback .

I would recommend that you give this information to - JaguarClimateControl.com and see how they interpret your information. They are in a better position to say what is right or wrong.
