AC Shrader valve questions

Have an ac gauge set nice one and when I decided to check the ac system, the high pressure is on top and low pressure is on bottom behind the wheel, the shrader valve on both would not close properly and thus I got a leak,. Now this is not uncommon with the shrader valve and I have several around and a removal tool, but it did not seem to work with either one and in fact i made somewhat of a mess of the high pressure one with part of the plastic cap getting stuck inside as well.I am now left with the plight of ether finding some sort of strong enough sealant or i will have to replace the tube it is adhered to, Any suggestions on that.
The lower one which is low pressure, will not close either and I cannot remove the shrader valve and cannot tell if I can take that one loose by unscrewing it from the ac piping.
So question. At this point the low pressure one is a mess and wither I seal it or replace the pipe. The low pressure one has a leaky valve.
Are these shrader valve not removable?? And can I unscrew the valve part from the pipe or is it welded to it . Any help is appreciated.
Something simple just became difficult.
Thanks

and they are (of course) non-standard and require a different tool.. I was able to fashion one. the problem I am having is much like Rick (joycesjag) was having. At idle it is not cooling well. At high speeds or a higher idle it is fine and while sitting in the car, I can hear the bearing of the compressor. Well, I have an extended warranty through Performance First and the compressor is covered along with freon, oil and whatever else is needed (minus a $200 deductible) so the Jag dealership can handle.
The below link is a 2010 TSB about the compressor on 2002-2008 S-Type and some X-Types. However if I were doing a diy, I would just put in a new compressor, but this might explain some of our problems.
