Sounds to me like you have a small freon leak somewhere in your A/C system (just hope the leak is not in your evaporator core behind the dashboard - and/or your DCCV solenoid(s) could be stuck in the open position (which is a more common issue - and less costly to repair preventing the A/C from adequately cooling the cabin) . I believe the DCCV can be tested by clamping off the feed hoses preventing hot coolant flowing back to the heater core.
First things first - report back with the pressure readings and info requested above - Good Luck!
If leak is in core behind the dash. I guess we are talking major money to fix?
Going to call the air con guy tomorrow and get him to check gas pressure etc.
