Default another fix for "cooing" steering

My STR has had noisy steering for a while, and a few weeks ago I decided to see if some good old fashioned maintenance would fix the problem instead of the Dealer's "magic" additive. Instead I got a quart of Mobil 1 synthetic transmission fluid multi-vehicle formula.

Using the turkey baster method I drained and refilled it twice with about two weeks in between refills. About a month later, cooing is completely gone.

That's good to know. The additive fixed our "cooing" issue a year and a half ago. If it returns, I'll just siphon out the power steering fluid and replace it with fresh stuff. If I remember correctly, it's just Dexron III ATF....
