Um Riski,

Were you just pedaling that Vette out of the hole, or do you need gears? When my Iroc was in the 10.50's I'd see 124-126mph trap times. I remember a 10.38 @ 133. If I read that board right you ran a 10.97 @ 137 and change. What gives?!?! That car should be in the 10.20's

Ahh.. Gotcha.

If you ever bring that thing to the east coast, we'll have some fun. Once you get into the single digit club that is

Have a great new year,

Nice! Your car is def going to be more streetable than mine. I guess it's the Forced Induction / fuel injection. My car has way too much compression 14:1, and barely runs on 93, and really wants race gas. Needs brake cleaner in the carb to fire, dual footing it at lights to keep the revs up etc... Pulling up to a gas station and popping the hatch to fill the fuel cell is priceless though. We've got a trailer though so no worries.

You have a cage and a fuel cell in yours yet?

nope and never will.....the vette is a street beast.....My old Fox body was like that....no gas gauge, just watch the fuel pressure start to drop and have a gal of gas in the back and know I have less than 5 miles to get more!

How do you pass tech? Or do you act low key and get one pass out of it and get kicked off the track?

Or is the midwest less stringent?

Unfortunately I'm stuck with either Atco or Englishtown. BOTH are **** about tech, but decent tracks.. E-Town is just too popular and you're lucky to get 3 runs in on a test and tune night. BUT it's probably the best / fastest track on the NHRA circuit and you do get to see some badass cars.

There was a Supra that hurt your ears in the burnout box... Got sideways at 1/2 track and got out of it and still went in the 9's...
