Arden parts?

Is 800$ you doing the work or did you have someone do it? I am not to familiar with the X and it's systems, did the blower have to come off or is it piped thru the stock cores? I would have no problem paying 800 for a killer chiller. They were four times that last time I saw but of course that was years ago.

I have isolated my cooling system by adding a seperate resevoir & a second pump as well as a resevoir tank mounted next to the Killer Chiller. I also run the system in reverse with the factory pump going binto the r/s charge cooler then into the left side then out ( this was done after seeing how Rocketsports plumbed there car on the XFR they setup to go over 200 mph & conversations with Tony ) then to the second pump which then goes to the tank & over to the Chiller then to the factory pump. The supercharger fitted to my car is one of Andre's Twin Screw setups with a 3'5" custom air meter & intake setup.

I am very interested in this. I may do this mod right after the intake elbow to get it nice and cool prior to the pulley swap.
I appreciate your breaking it down for us.

qwikcat, ICS uses a Dynojet 424X dynomometer. It was 83 degrees on Dyno day (it was 50 degrees the day prior). I forgot what the humidity was, it was a slightly humid day though. The second pull was 360 rwhp, the third less. She felt somewhat strong on the 45 mile highway drive to the dyno, then slightly slugggish around the town driving trying to find the dyno shop. She's a beast on any day below 80 degrees, especially cool days. Because I needed to return to the office an hour after arriving, there was little time to cool her down. The tech put a bag of ice on each charge cooler and sprayed water on intercooler barely ten minutes before each run. I paid for six pulls but had enough time for three. The tech felt another 20+ hp (380+ rwhp) was hidden behind the heatsoak. Tomorrow I'm going to perform a hard re-set of the ECU because I feel the ECU learned some de-tuned habits. Sounds like the "Chiller" is the way to go? I'll let yas know what's up with Paramount Performance. They consistently yank 450 hp from 4.0 s/c and 495 to 508 chp from s/c 4.2 XKR's. One of their STR customers has a YouTube vid with 475 chp (420 rwhp) via hi=flow cats, Millitek exhaust, 3 lb. pulley, and ECU tune.

I have seen race cars lose huge power when the NOS runs out and sprays just fuel so the AF goes from 12 to 10. It's shocking how much it kills the power.
I will try the KC and we will see how it looks on the dyno but I expect that or the C02 spray would make 25-35rwhp alone maybe more on a summer day. A car with added boost could only like it more That Paramount number is about what I would expect in the right weather. Never heard back from euro toys but I am going to keep on them. I will try it latter if they have the answers I want to hear.

Yea I had heard that but what concerns me if I'm chilling my intercooler side to the point of making the intercoolers that cold I'm worrying about that cooling off the engine part too much. Having the coolant on that side making the intercoolers fog then hitting the engine coolant at 200 degrees I just see bad things happening, in my head I'm thinking this, it may mix fine. But even when you put ice into water at room temp it cracks. That why how much is heat mixed would be good info. I think Mafioso knows the amount but I dont remember what he had told me.
