Need help in troubleshooting, why the automatic function has stopped working on headlights. Lights will not turn off in daylight if left in Auto. they will only shutoff if I turn the key off.

Hmmmm....My daughter's 03 has done that since we obtained it in 08. I called it a safety feature and moved on....

Have you tried a search? seems like I vaguely recall a thread about this issue within the last several months...I didn't pay much attention to it since her car is out of state at University...and whatever the "fix" is I couldn't run out and try.....but I'm almost certain there's at least one thread if not more.
