Battery flat, can't get into the trunk
Hi.
Today I found my 2004 S-type D's battery dead. I would jump start it, but the problem is, that I can't get into the trunk. Not one of the three buttons (trunk, console, transmiter) does anything. And correct me if I'm wrong, but the S-type doesn't have a key-hole for the trunk?
Give me some advice here, please... Maybe there are certain points under the hood where I could connect the leads to give a little power boost just to open the trunk?
Will be really grateful for any advices.

I dont know about the 2004 model but my 2000 has a key hole just bellow the button to realease the trunk.(on the trunk itself) If you kneel down and look up you will see the two license plate lights and a little hole for the key. I'm not sure about the differences in years but it should be pretty similar.

There is a key hole and I was able to open the trunk. But I was not able to jump start it. It got some power, all the ligths are on and everything, but it just seems to lack juice to start completely.
Will now look for a charger and hope that helps.
The only question I have is - how difficult is it to remove the battery? I will probably need to do that, but it's night here already, so I will only look at it in the morning. If I had some head's ups it would be really helpful.
Thanks for the answer.

But for now I'm stuck with trying to get the battery out. What should I do with that long bolt that seems to hold the battery in place? Should I try to screw it out? It seems near to impossible and I'm affraid to break it.
