Might be an early sign your battery is dying; when was the last time you replaced it?

Otherwise,

Are you have any issues with the shifter? Is the car in Park?

Are you having any issues with the electronic parking brake?

Hope it is because at least that's easy & cheap DIY to change!

Could the shifter not quite be where it should be? (May flash P but otherwise check if cable stretched & check bolts where it fastens to trans.)

If you do buy a new battery, put it on charge for 24hrs before installing it in the car. That way, you will be sure of starting off with a 100% battery, irrespective of what the supplier might say.

I put a new battery on mine recently and it took over 24hrs to reach full capacity!!!

Big +1 on the above.

Also worth checking the connectors in the engine bay and grounds.
