Hi everyone. So I purchased a beautiful 2001 S-Type. The Multi CD changer in the trunk is jammed, and won't work. Does anyone have a bluetooth adapter (link hopefully)that I can plug into the back of the stereo, which I can then connect my phone to? I currently have a small XM adapter that was already in the car and went through FM, but this runs into way too many issues. Thank you for any advice, as I would rather keep the original radio, and just run bluetooth from my iphone 13 if possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

One question for you, though. Have you tried listening to music via Bluetooth? I previously had an earlier model in my car. I'm no audiophile, but was not impressed with the sound quality via Bluetooth. From what I understand, Bluetooth was never designed for transmitting audio, and it showed. I eventually swapped it for a different model (IS7705) that uses a Lightning cable to physically connect to my iPhone. The sound quality is much better, and it charges the phone at the same time. This link shows what I still have, but unfortunately it has been discontinued:

Jaguar AUX / Bluetooth (jagaux.com)
Apparently, they now also have a version for the Alpine Radio. They told me in an email they were about to come out with a new version.
Also Jaguar Audio Solutions (jagbt.com)

JagDroid is also able to upgrade our "old" navigation to a more current version. They can add BT to your CD/Radio or do that and upgrade the Nav. But if you want to stream OTA you'd have to setup your phone as a hotspot and connect to the new device over Wi-Fi or through an aux-in. The new device can't go OTA. I might give it a try.
