Body Control Computer Keyless and Global

I have searched, but having trouble narrowing anything down on this:
Got car back from throttle body Coolant hose repair under supercharger, and keyless no longer works. Batteries are good in both key fobs, testing to see if they are transmitting tonight.
In addition observations:
Sunroof, only forward position of the roof switch responds and either opens the pop up, or entire roof, and is difficult to close the roof properly, rear portion of this switch no longer reponds.
Using the key(turn and hold in the door, OR the button on the dash) Global - Global open : 4 windows open, no sunroof. Global close: windows close, left rear window does not close.
Locks all ok.
I did a battery disconnect to see if there was any improvement, none.
Seams to me this may be a problem with the body computer itself, but I can't find much info on this.
Can anyone make suggestions on where to look, how to search, or how to better diagnose, or if there is much on this in the JTIS system.
Pete

Just in case, I'd check fuses & relays as that's the easy stuff!
Next, I'd check the electrical diagrams thoroughly to see EXACTLY how each of the failing parts are done, obviously for which modules are involved but then including all the shared wires, splices, grounds, etc. I don't think you have the right name for any of the modules but what I've described will find whatever it/they is/are called.
