Default Broken Electrical Connector

Hi and a Happy New Year to one and all!
Whilst putting my car back together after the second time replacing coils (see separate post) I seem to have broken the electrical connector that fits to the left front of the throttle body - it will not lock into place. I think it is the one that plugs into the position sensor.
I am once again battling with the EPC to see if a part exists, main fear at the moment is that I have to replace a whole section of loom.

Regards

Steve
I have included a picture so you can see where I am talking about, but if anyone has any experience of replacing this or any other multi-pin connector I would love to hear.

Step back from the ledge! No need to jump!

On my '02 V6, the same lock is also broken. I was able to snake a long, thin tyrap around the connector and TPS body. It's been that way for several years now, with no problem. I can get a picture later today if that helps.

Ha! Yes Ive used about 4 tie wraps which seem ok as a temporary fix- thanks for the steer.
I'd like to see if the connector is replaceable though is it looks crap

Snap mine too.

Try the Ford pigtail catalogue if you want a replacement.

Here's how I secured mine with one long tyrap. It's only 1/8" wide, to fit between the two rows of wires on the connector:
