I can also see now why the base run was lower, you see where the mixture got richer, and where the power dropped, the relation is clear.
Can't judge for how much HP loss that would equate, probably somewhere between 10 and 20 or so.
The headers aren’t the cause of the mixture change, I’ll guess it was more related to different circumstances between the runs, or what do you think?

Are those loud against the stock ones if cats and catback already changed?
So here are the results with the cats installed, not bad. Minimal loss in power at redline, lost a few in torque under 3K rpm. Any questions please ask. Not bad with 200 cell cats.

The craftsmanship does look pretty dang good on those puppies. Like em!
The only thing about headers is the heat. Hopefully the factory shields are up to snuff, and any other parts in the general area that were not protected are now(?). With the looks of this install & quality of parts, I'd be confident that the intallers did take that into consideration.
Header wraps have pros/cons - I wrapped my stainless Borla header on my Jeep more to help keep my toes from frying on the floorpan (no carpet and the thermo mats still were not keeping it cool enough) than anything else, but I'd rather not wrap if i didn't have to do so.
