1. I use Zaino leather cleaner and then follow it with Zaino leather conditioner it actually smells like leather so it smells like a new interior when I'm done.
2. I just use the recommended 5w-30 thats on the cap.
3. I use Meguiars interior detailer for my dash. I spray it on a microfiber towel then wipe. Before I do that I use Tuff Stuff to clean my dash doors and carpet if they are dirty or have stains then follow up with the Meguiars. Tires I just use Eagle One Tire spray but I pretty much just buy whatever is on sale. Wheels I used Eagle One All wheel cleaner but that was on my painted wheels. I have the chrome ones on my STR so I dont use it for those. But it should do good if you just have the stock coated wheels.
4. I have my own process I do once a month then each week I do just a wash and dry, then follow up with Lucas spray wax. My process is I wash then use a clay bar (only do the clay bar about twice a year), then I will wash again after claying, then I dry and put on 1-2 coats of Zaino Z-2 then follow it with Zaino Z-5 while Lucas detail spraying it between coats. Looks really good when I'm done with it.

Thanks a lot. Your car looks great. Do you use a synthetic oil. The previous owner used 0w-40

Thanks for the comment. I have a love affair with my cars and I used to detail cars so I get pretty serious with it. I do use a synthetic 5w-30. Every car I have ever owned I always use the weight that is recommended in the manual cause I believe that it what the engine is designed for. My last car used 5w-20 and I used that in Michigan winters and North Carolina summers and never had any problem with it being to thick or to thin.
