A/C Issue
2000 S-type 3.0 *67,000 miles*
My vents to the left and the right of the streering wheel blow cool but not cold, and the vents on the Passanger side blow Not so cool.?#$%&. When I turn my A/c on, it sounds like Darth Vader lives under my dash. A hissing the fades in and out. when my compresser engages.
I Checked the refrigerent pressure and that is perfect. The lines in the Low side are very cold. Please help?[&o]

You need to do the evac and recharge first as he says.
The hissing sound though sounds like an expansion valve stuck. The noise should go away after correct refrigerant level is in there. If it doesnt fix the cool/not cool issue, you may have a sticking heater control valve.
