Good morning everyone. I am due to change my cabin filter...and dealership that was called wants $80 for it... thats the price to pick it up..not install it...
I was wondering since this filter says FORD on it...if there is a different car that takes the same sized/kind of filter and would be cheaper...

I don't know if it changed after my car (doubt it) but that's a crazy price. Any of the online places (such as the forum sponsors!) probably stock them and remember to try amazon & ebay.

I got mine from the Napa store, I think it was $19.99 on sale for the charcoal one.

I would have never thought to use them, but, real easy to spend $25 and get free shipping!

Also, check with Nalley... Those guys are real good and they too offer free shipping when spending over a certain amount.

 

I ordered mine from Auto Zone. I bought that and an air filter for a lot less than $80. There are some good videos of how to change it on you tube.

 

Yes. The 2006 Lincoln LS uses the same filter.

I got OEM Filter from one of the sponsors of this forum for 23-24 $ only. It took 10 mins at max for me to install. The videos other guys are suggesting helped me doing the job.
