Default Calisto 19's on an STR

Hi has anyone ever fitted a set of Staggered XK Calisto 19's on an STR? The wheel sizes are front 8.5x19 with an offset of 49 and the backs are 9.5x19 with an offset of 43. Don't know if these will fit at all. Looking to buy an STR later in the year and love these wheels on my wife's XK.

I think they would im running 19x8.5 +32 and 19x9.5 +40 but with Spacers of 20mm so total offset would be +12 up from and +20 in rear and wheels stick out a bit.

I believe the Calistos are 20" (not 19") and they do fit, according to this gentleman who put some on his STR...

Think my Jag dealer gave me the wrong name for my wives XK wheels, as in my profile picture they are 19 inch but are 10 Spoke not the 20's in the picture from under pressure. Think I will post on the XK site and see if anyone nows the real name.

Robert - although the pic in your avatar is extremely small, the good news is is that I think those are the exact wheels my friend put on his S-Type R and I think they do fit! I can confirm it for you though, if you please post a pic of your XK here (or a pic of the wheels would be even better), I can email my friend to confirm they are the same wheels he has on his S-Type R and will let you know when he gets back to me (he is a little slow at returning emails, it may be next week by the time I get back to you).

You can also email me your pics to sonictooth33@hotmail.com, but if you post them here and I confirm it here, then the information is here for others to see who may be interested as well. Its up to you

IIRC the fronts will fit, but the rears have the wrong offset. It will probably work if you used 4 front wheels though.

Crap I wanted Staggered, might have to keep stock just have them reworked with graphite paint instead of silver or Chrome.

Whoa freaky! Yes, I used to be on various Benz forums when I owned my Mosselman Turbo'd Mercedes and also my old CLK430. I always posted under the names Turbo C-ya or Under Pressure, how did you know my real name lol???

Was your name jag79 there? And what was your car? I am better with my recollection by the cars everyone had so that may help ring a bell. Were you on benzsport.com before Mercedes's attorneys shut us down because someone was selling pirated CD-ROMS in the classifieds? Thats usually where I posted (and moderated). But I also went to the other major Benz forums a lot too.

Don't give up yet! Post a pic of the wheels you are talking about so I can confirm with my friend if its the same. My friends' is clearly pushed out further than the Zeus wheels it came with, but its still tucked inside fender and he told me no rubs or bumps so it may be within tolerance of being accommodated in the fenders.

It was a long time ago when you were selling your rims for the CLK I was interested in. My nick was merc79 on benzworld. I had a few mercs at the time SL500 and S500. But yeah those were the gold ol days, by chance I recognized you from your old email addy.

I was crazy back then, buying and selling rims two or three times a year or so to switch up the looks! Were you going to buy my old OZ Futura Modular wheels? They were so sexy and light I regretted selling them! If you had an SL500 and S500 I probably informed you that even though the bolt pattern, center hub, and offset were the same, the bolt size on your cars were bigger than that of my CLK.
