bfsgross, Thanks for the reminder to update my sig.
As I arrived at the track Friday it was a cool 61 degrees F, there was no wait for tech and then I went directly to the lanes for test and tune. As I pulled up there where two sets of cars ahead of me that were being called up to race. I barely had time to strap on my helmet, adjust my heater on high and turn off the traction control before it was my turn to race.
I got ready to race as I normally do with a ~2 second spin to dust off the rear tires. As I launched the car, the rear tires spun a bit and then the axel hopped -- then I heard a thud/clunk noise from the rear of the vehicle. I immediately let off the throttle, got traction and continued down the track running a 13.245 at 107.86 mph.
Getting under the car today to see what broke. Wish me luck.

13.2 isn't bad for a midway release of throttle then punched again. Hopefully the clunk was the ABS momentarily kicking in then letting go with 341 lb/ft trq. (490+ lb/ft at the crank). 1320, mention the updated dyno numbers as rwhp/rwtrq in your signature. Otherwise, still a good run and hope the rear is safe.

I spent a good 10 minutes under rear and found nothing.
I then placed the parking brake on, put the car in drive with hood open, touched the gas and noticed right away that the motor mount (or mounts) were broken.
This should be expected from doing so many launches at the track with sub 2 second 60 foot times.

I'm ordering the mount ($36) today from Rock Auto and will R&R late this week.
Here's the application tree for the mount:
Looking forward to seeing you (goblue90) and anyone else who can make it to the track very soon.
Here's the application tree for the mount:
FORD THUNDERBIRD (2002 - 2005)
JAGUAR S-TYPE (2000 - 2008)
LINCOLN LS (2000 - 2006)
As for me getting an ET in the 12s, all conditions need to be perfect for that to happen. Oct and Nov are ideal for the stars to align as the temp must be in the 50s, or lower, for my car to put down enough power.JAGUAR S-TYPE (2000 - 2008)

1320, to lower rasp and interior noise caused by the Magnaflow hi-flow cats and turbo mufflers: Maganaflow Tru-X is in place, leading to a pair of 18"x3.5" glasspacked tube mufflers, eventually dumping out of a pair of Excelerator turbo mufflers, inlet/outlet diameters are 2.25". Even with this setup, the interior drone is too much to bear. Following a trans. rebuilt this week, a pair of stock mufflers courtesy of clubairth are being fitted with anticipation of eliminating interior drone. If quiet enough, the pre-mufflers would be eliminated. My question to you is: With the standard Magnaflow x-pipe and Mina's, how's the interior noise during cruise/under a load? My opologies if I diverted too much from the jist of your good thread.

bfsgross,
I sent you a long private message in the hopes of keeping this thread on topic but here's a quick summary of the pm:
Yes, under load in a high gear, the system does have some of what I consider as an off-putting drone. Knowing what I know now, I'd purchase a better set of high flow cats and leave the rest of the system stock except purchase a new set of quality exhaust tips. I believe the sound level would be aggressive enough and likely not have any drone.
