Do Lincoln LS catalytic converters direct fit to the same year S type?

They do Robert, but your kitty would rather have a pair of Magnaflow hi-flow cats to exhale into...quicker throttle response and more power.

Check Ebay or Rock Auto for the converters - there are some good deals out there.
