Maybe there is still air getting in the system? ie: a slight leak?

I developed a method of getting the climate system to provide hot or cold air.

So when it blows warm air and I want cold air, I put the climate on "cold" and have full aircon on for a few minutes, then turn it off and the car remembers cold air. Same when it blows cold when the engine is warm. I crank the temp up to 25 or more and let it blow warm for a while before turning it down to say 20 or 21 for normal use. It works every time for me.
But also if the outside temperature is say 17 degree and mine is set at 19 degrees it blows warm air as it should.

The car does take a few miles to get up to full operating temp.
Ive got no leaks after replacing the DCCV, the radiator, the top hose and the expansion tank cap.

I use factory spec orange premix coolant.
