Default Cats system fault

I have a 01 s-type with 4.0, recently went to jack the car up and dropped it. Went to start and get the brake light cats system fault abs and traction lights. I have checked all plugs on top of struts and there is no water leakage in trunk area, I do know I need a tie rod end on the rear driver side. Also my shocks seem stiff before the message but no it's so stiff it has the bounce over ever bump. Oh yeah almost forgot, the speedometer doesn't work now either so I know it's all related, could it be a wheel speed sensor?? If so which one to check? Thanks for any response, I'm stumped!

First step would be to scan it with a device that will show B (body), and C (chassis) codes to find out what faults are logged. Most DIY scanners will only show P (powertrain) codes.

If you removed the plugs to the CATS struts with the battery connected to the vehicle you set a code for each strut you checked that is stored in the ADCM.

You will need a scanner capable of reading the B and C codes as previously mentioned.

If you have the radio code you could try disconnecting the battery for a couple on mins. Re-connect and see if the fault is still there.

Once a code is logged for CATS System it has to be cleared by Jaguar diagnostic software. You can disconnect the battery, reconnect, etc. It will remain, unfortunately.
