Cell Phone/Blue Tooth Option for 03STR

That's very reasonably priced! I've had my center console out but I don't know what I should be looking for in terms of a pre-wire? Do you have any photos?
I have the NAV and I can pull the trunk lining back pretty easily to check. Any photos of that too?
So your car was pre-wired for the mike too?
I think a Jag dealer can check the build sheet to check for pre-wire no?????

Man I wish I caught one of the auctions WinterJag got when I had my car.
The phone parts were a saved search for the longest time, just never seemed to get one...
To all that want it... I would keep checking with the dealers and Nalley.. Since all new Jaguars have the phone devices as standard the market for the accessory kit must have shrunk.. Maybe they'll have a deal like they did on the rear seat video systems??

I think finding all the "correct" equipment on Ebay in good condition is a long shot too. He certainly did well.
It's "newish" phone time for me right now and all my contacts are in Outlook with an activesynch interface to a windows mobile phone. The latest windows phone opsys doesn't use activesynch any longer. I don't want to go through any new technology trials by fire with this. Something about a frikin' cloud? My requirements are really simple. So I'm looking at some Windows mobile 6 phones with real buttons on them and that should be an easy move. I don't watch movies/videos or even listen to music on my phone. I haven't found a phone with really good audio that could also serve as an MP3 player. I think I'll try the Ipad for web access when we travel. It's nicely sized.
Sooo maybe I'll try a portable bluetooth system for the car instead?
I guess you like your Parrot MKi9200? I know it's not portable but I believe they offer portable units as well?

This is one I haven't seen yet, but looks like it would be worth a look..

I also have a Blueant device that is good as well.
In total, I have three of these things and my total investment is maybe $125.00 for all three!
