Remove the intake and also the plastic injector cassette. It simply unbolts and lifts up, no need to disconnect the fuel line. Remove one bolt from the front of the engine to give the fuel line some slack.
Fit a new crankcase breather elbow when you are there (a rubber 90 degree hose that deteriorates). Also, wipe down the head where the gaskets sit and also both sides of the injector cassette.
Install new upper and lower gaskets.
I also recommend doing valve cover gaskets as well as cam adjustment solenoid seals while you have that intake off.
Replace the O-rings in the IMT valves which are in the intake.
You might as well replace that plastic breather tube that runs between both valve covers to the intake boot, too.

I bought these coils two years ago for my 01 S Type 3.0 and they're still doing just fine.
