Have you got it back? If im not mistaken one of the codes that was thrown when my car had the battery issue was the Throttle body. Glad its under warranty and nothing comes out of your pocket. Keep us updated

I just had same problems yesterday.I got in limp mode, check engine light came up and RMP 1100 at idle, turning off/on ignition help but after some time of driving limp mode coming back.Car shows :
-Engine system fault
-DSC not available
-Park brake fault
-Cruise not available
I connected my OBDII reader and it shows P2135 code:
-Throttler/Pedal position sensor/switch "A"/"B" voltage correlation

So what I need to do to resolve this problem? Get new battery or TB sensor?

Why Jag dealer changed TB sensor under warranty? Do you had extended warranty?

Default battery // cables

Hi tomstr05, I had the same problem and just like you I thought it was my throttle sensor or the throttle in itself so I replace all this and the problem was still the same.

so replacing the entire throttle and sensors can be very very expensive so before you do that I suggest you check the cables connection and clean all of them. if this doesn't solve your problem you should check your battery and replace it even if the voltage his enough.

I have a 2009 jaguar xf supercharged (prenium luxury) and replacing the battery solve my problem so you should try that it's less expensive to start there beleive me ! I spend a whole lot of money on this problem to finally spend 450$ on a Bosch s6 battery.

The BEST thing I could recommend without having to spend any money and find the problem is to put your battery on a charging system. When its fully charged see if the car is having the same Engine, DSC, Park, cruise fault. I went through a lot of trouble shooting the individual codes. Before I decided to replace the battery. First thing you are suppose to do when troubleshooting any electrical issue is be sure you have a fully charged (good) battery and check fuses.

By charging your batter for a 3-4 hours you can see if the faults come back. When they don't that means your battery is starting to loose its ability to hold a charge and you need a new one.
