Chevron Gas With Techron

I doubt if just buying Chevron gasoline will provide as much concentration of Techron as adding a bottle of it to your half-full gas tank will. I've been using the Techron bottles for years in all of our vehicles and I can testify that it is indeed great stuff. Probably not quite as good as the professional products that the automotive technicians have access to, but Techron is probably as good of a fuel injector cleaner as you're going to find off the shelf of a typical auto parts store....
Run Chevron gasoline if you choose to, but I wouldn't solely rely on just that to keep your fuel injectors clean. I would continue to use a bottle of Techron at every oil and filter change....

I believe there are two types of Chevron Techron additive: Fuel System and Fuel Injector cleaner.
Costco carries the Fuel Injector cleaner in a 6-pack for $15. I was able to pick it up last month on sale for $10.
Given the prices quoted in the thread so far I'm assuming everyone else is talking about the Fuel System cleaner. Either way I haven't had any problems using either of the Chevron Techron additives in the past.
