Cigarette lighter

I have a 2000 S Type and my cigarette lighter does not work, I'm not really sure what I am to do to fix it, can anyone help?

cigarette lighter

Had no aux in the cig lighter to charge cell phone,,,,shop fixed it,
said it was loose wire.....behind it.

I wonder if mine is good for a lighter or just aux like some of the newer
detroit iron.
