Update. Before i do id like to say a big thanks guys (m-e-l-l-o-w, Scottjh9, Kr98664, Calcamper and Brutal) for the helpful info/advice that got me to sorting it.

SO resigned to getting it sorted at Jaguar Dealer i booked her in. But that left me over a week to see if i could find a solution. So i set about getting a replacement OCS seat pad and matching Delphi black box. They came from a donor car next day delivery, and i duly fitted them, hooked it all up and cycled the car on off and wahoooo air bag lights and codes are gone....appt cancelled.
So touch wood it will stay good for the MOT next week.

Onto the next Job to sort. Now lets see... where shall i start!

Wonderful news... anytime a diy repair fixes the problem, we are all better for it on the forum.... especially that good feeling of success, ehh

I agree, in the same day I also sorted another problem with the passenger door actuator (see other post) so i was on a role. But three fixes was pushing it a bit too much and unrealistic of me to expect that the front lower suspension bolt would come out without a fight.....not a chance....im not too sure how brutal i can be with that. I have a replacement bolt though

I may post that elsewhere yet. Gonna try and do that with a wheel hub replacement at the same time

Default Three Cheers for the Buttocks Sensor!

Glad to hear replacing the buttocks sensor had fixed the problem. And just to be clear, I'm not posting this to be able to use the word "buttocks" in a public setting, a truly juvenile attempt at humor. Nosiree, not at all. I'm posting to thank you for updating the thread with the fix, which in this case happened to be the buttocks sensor.
