This Jaguar document has the ride height, camber, caster and toe information for s-types (and other Jaguars) from 99 to 2003:

The wheelbase is 2,908 mm.
I hope this helps.

To confirm what you need. I think you want the S-Type Body Dimension reference diagram like this example for the X300 which can be used to verify the relative measurement points during repair?
I don't have the equivalent for the S-Type and it isn't in the Workshop Manual. One of the Techs on the forum may have access to this information at their dealership.

Graham-
I'm not even sure if they actually print these anymore. When we had printed manuals shipped to the store on every model..we usually received a book called "Service Highlights". It went through any changes from year over year as far as system changes and wiring changes.
Shortly before the new model arrived we would get all the printed service manuals including the "Body shop manual". It showed all the pull points and frame dimensions. Most major body shops have moved to computerized systems like CCC here in the states. My body shops can pull most of what they need from that site. I'm not sure where the OP is located..His best bet is to go to a local reputable body shop and get what he needs.
