Default computer/ecu

The computer or the ECU got damage from a car audio sound installer. He mistakenly drill a screw through the unit and damage one of the board. After removing and inspecting the unit, the white label with tne serial number has on the ford trademark. Do anyone know this unit was name by ford and if it does which ford vehicle uses the same box. Thanks

There are at least 3 types (not incl the diesel): 1999-2002 (original S-Type, no CAN), 2003-2004/5 (for the redesign, when the STR was introduced), 2005/6-on (not sure exactly when but this one's the PanPAG).

I have a middle one, what do you want to know?
The main chips:
256-pin (52+76+52+76) 64F7055F40 RL 0204 BA04509 JAPAN ICTC
256-pin (52+76+52+76) 64F7055F40 RL 0204 BA04509 JAPAN 904
120-pin QFP? 2008 SE412 D (may be Denso SE412)

The first two are the main CPUs, each looks to be a Renesas 7055

Which PCMs have you found that use the same twin Renesas CPUs?

The PCB # will just be an internal number to some firm (likely Denso). What use would it be other than to them?
