Coolant drain,flush, and fill

Honestly on our systems, I'd just drain and refill. I wouldn't recommend a flush, because you don't want to introduce tap (or well) water into the systems. I refill with Zerex G-05 and distilled water.
As far as flushing if you insist, The way I've always done it is by disconnecting both rad hoses, sticking a garden hose in the upper, and catch pan under the lower. Then running the motor - make sure u have the heat on full blast to clear out the cores.
WATCH THE TEMP GAUGE!! IT will not take long to circulate what's left of the coolant through the block, and end up with water in it, which will boil when it gets to temp.
The easiest way to bleed our cars is if you have a vacuum pump, pulling a vacuum on the system through the bleeder valve hole, and adding the 50/50 mix while keeping the system under vacuum. Otherwise you're going to have to follow the bleed procedure we discussed.
Be prepared to bleed it 2-3 times, and keep a close eye on the coolant level for a couple days as the last of the air settles out of it.

George,
I was going to ask you about the flush and introducing tap water into the system. If you don't recommend a flush I will just drain and refill. Napa carries Zerex G-05 I checked into that yesterday after you told me what to use.
I guess you checked out my pictures (did I finally get it right)?
