Usually it is the small tube at top of coolant reservoir that develops a crack.
Check where the small hose is clamped. If that is where the leak is, replace the reservoir. Do not attempt gluing, will never work. The system is pressurized. Hope you find the leak soon & Good luck

I been having a few leaks lately on my 4.0. Finding the source can be tricky sometimes. Look with a flash light at the top rear of the motor in the intake valley. If you see coolant there its the 3/4 to 3/8 fitting under the intake. If the leak appears to be at the rear its a good idea to take the plastic off that covers the radiator fill tank. There is a large coolant hose in the top front passenger side. It has what looks like a coupler but it is a tee with a small 3/8 hose on the bottom. It also could be a connection at the dccv.
