Default Coolant Leak and Fuse issue

Here is the back story:
Last year I replaced the DCCV and the AUX Coolant Pump. I broke my coolant res. tank but fabed it to work temporarily. It would slowly leak coolant from the tank. I finally replace the tank with a new one from Jaguar.

New Problem(s):
1. Keeps blowing the Aux Coolant Pump fuse
2. AC does not work, heat does but will not blow cold ( auto heat still works too, it will turn on low once cabin is heated)
3. Randomly it will leak coolant from the vehicle around front passenger side. I haven't been able to see where exactly it is coming from and sometimes it does it every three days and last time it waited a week.

Any thoughts? I feel like they all could be related.....starting to get frustrated, I just want a little reliability, not fix something every month.

Well first we don't know what car you have?

Unhook the AUX pump and see if the fuse still blows. Do you know what else is on that circuit? If not do you have the JTIS and the JEPC which are both free on this forum?

Do you know that a bad DCCV if not fixed right away can take out your CCM? Has the CCM or RCCM, again we don't know what car you have, been checked for burn marks on the circuit board?

Did you change the coolant when the DCCV was changed? Have you flushed the heater core just by itself? Has the thermostat been changed?

Get a coolant pressure tester and when the engine is cold find your coolant leak. With the age and miles on our cars you should consider changing all the coolant hoses. I actually found them to be priced pretty fairly except for one or two. Be sure and use our forum sponsor to get a 15% discount and free shipping. It’s a good deal you won’t find anywhere else!

Does the A/C compressor even turn?

Report back what you find for the next round of trouble shooting.

Sorry, I have a 2005 STR approaching 99k miles. When the DCCV and Aux Coolant Pump were replaced, I pulled the CCM to check it. All was fine on the CCM. I am not sure if the AC compressor is turning on or not, it has been to cold out to be able to get it to turn on. I will check into those things though.

OK. So do I. That will make it a bit easier.

I think blowing the fuse is probably the best clue. I am not sure but think the A/C clutch is on that same circuit but please check. You might get lucky and just have a shorted A/C clutch.

These are complicated cars and I can't remember all the details.

Looks like one is power feed 71 & other is 72, both via F32 10A fuse. So, plausible idea so far.

JTIS has elec guide.
