One of the moderators will stop by soon and point you to the S-Type forum where the members have the same vehicle and are the most familiar with it. They will also refer you to the new member section where it is mandatory to post an intro.
All that aside, it sounds like they are working as they should with one causing a problem. The doors lock in sequence, drivers, passenger, drivers rear, and passenger rear. If any door signals not locked it will unlock all doors.
Try opening the doors and spraying the latch mechanism liberally with something like WD-40. The micro-switches are known to get sticky and will cause it to signal unlocked. The S-type members will have info on latch removal and repair if needed.

If the doors are locked using the inside door locks and then the drivers door closed the S Type unlocks the doors. This is to prevent locking the key in the car. To lock the car, either lock it with the remote or use the key with drivers side door lock .
If it unlocks after you use the remote or door lock and key then it could be the door module or the lock switch.
