Default Diagnostic code help!

I have a 2005 Jaguar S Type 3.0 - 6 Cylinder. These codes we're just ran:
P0301
P0303
P1313 and 316
P0203
"Restricted Performance" light is on needless to say. And the car is definitely running rough. I don't live in an area where we have a certified Jaguar mechanic. But their are a couple of decent shops around. I also know nothing about cars. So before I take the car in I'd just like know if there's any heads up that I might need to be aware of? Or do the codes say it all?
Cylinder 1 and 3 misfiring.. Possible fuel delivery system issue.. what's that possibly? And the last one was fault in the injector or wiring of injector. At least that how I read the codes. Thanks guys! Really like to ger her running great again! And where do you all buy the above mentioned pieces and parts I'll need?

That's probably P1316. That and P1313 are to do with severe misfires doing catalyst damage, so drive it as little as possible (ideally not at all) until fixed.

You can look the codes up via JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource or Search on this site (in the S-Type forum) - and by all means show the mechanic where you find data. If the mech's willing to see what the sites say he'll probably be OK fixing it.

But... first check your battery is not old/tired as then you get false codes.

If it's not that, also look up about IMT valves (and their sealing O-rings).

Hey JagV8, Thanks for your help! are the other codes self explanatory? If so what parts do I need? I live in Cabo San Lucas and I will need to order the parts online. Thank you again!

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to S-Type forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

Leaking IMT O rings would likely cause Lean codes, missfire codes on the V6 are most often coils
Depending on mileage you might need coils and plugs.
