Diff. Problem help

i have a 03 s-type 3.0v6 i have a growling noise coming for the rearend form the car it is mostly noticeable in the cold start up. you have to get the car up to 50mph and let it cost down to 40mph and if you give it some gas and keep it in the 40mph rang thats when you hear it for a sec ot two. and u feel it in the drive tran. i have been taking it in for like1yr and 3months to the dealer after dealer and they all cant find anything with it. i have talk to jaguar and didnothing about the diff. and trans and they all say it is fine, and they will not do anything any more to help me or talk to me.i had the engineers and regional managers out. they all say it is fine when the car is not. now i am stuck with a car that drives like s##t. WHAT CAN I DO??? any help would mean the world to me. thank u guy's for any help that u can give me.

i called customer service. they dont like me any more. they say they have never seen a diff/ transever go bad on the cars,tech/ engineers and regional managers, and they will not put a new one in if they cant hear or see the problem. i had about20 techs look at the car. for trans shifting and diff.itold them about using stethoscope on the diff when cold and running at the speed where you hear noise. they said u dont have to do that. if u do that will hear the nosie form the diff. that is normal.the one guy i told that to pertty much go F### ur self because i was giving them TSB and ideas. and use the stethoscopethe.theyall just labed me a a problem customer and dont want to do anything to the car not even look at it.
