Default A different DCCV question

I have a 2000 S-Type, 3.0 The previous owner removed the DCCV and plugged the 3 hoses that run along the passenger side inner fender (heater core??). He then looped the water pump hose to the water pump inlet/outlet so it bypassed everything else. Believe it or not I was able to drive the car all summer with working a/c.
Well, now I need heat. I know that I'll need to buy new hoses, because he butchered these. I already have a DCCV, but no idea of which hose goes to which inlet/outlet.
I have the JTIS and there is an excellent illustration of all the hoses conected to the DCCV but not where the other end terminates. I have searched this forum and everywhere else with limited results.
What I need is a photo/diagram to show me specifically where each of the 5 inlets/outlets on the DCCV start and terminate.
Anybody?
thanks,
Steve

Gus, I already found and saved that excellent guide. It shows all of the hoses but not where they start and end.
Thank you very much for your help,
Steve

Duh, I should have thought about looking in a collision guide. They have part #s and prices for everything.

Thanks guys, you've helped me immensely.

I wouldn't depend on those prices too much!
