disabling traction controll

hi
I have a 2003 str and i'm wondering if theres a way to disable the traction control? any help is greatly appreciated...thanks scott

Press the button on the centre console next to the Hazard lights button.

ive hit that button but it still won't let my wheels spin...maybe I have a problem with the system
