i would first check what frequencies are used in Poland, and, I don't think you can change the frequency of the Homelink garage door opener module itself.I understand but may be wrong that Euro countries use the same frequency i.e 433MHz for garage door openers. If that is the case you should be able to use a 2nd hand module from any Euro country but you will find that the cheapest are on Ebay.co.UK. X Type modules and some other models will fit the S Type.
There are some other posts on the site that may help you and I will try and dig them up after I return home shortly.

Don't Do IT and DO NOT EVEN TRY
This overhead console is one of the quirkiest and most ill-designed products I have ever seen. I am computer engineer and NASA certified in some areas of electronics and I have spent more time fiddling with this piece of s... for more hours than trying to rebuild an engine, It is cheaply put together, hard to manage and easy to break. Little springs and switches that if not fitted perfectly are not going to work and everything is plastic and subject to breakage. Even changing a light bulb is difficult and not as easy as putting a small screw drive or shive into it. The little metal toggles that have to be fitted tightly and from only one angle at the top make no sense and they are almost impossible to get off without bending, The flip door in front is all plastic and spring and plastic clips and subject to breakage as well.
Just leave it alone or you will have more problems than you can imagine.
I would imagine that Gus or Rick could do it along with the Jag techs, but the tech have years of experience and even they will tell you the horror stories.

How old is your garage door opener?
The Homelink in our S Types is getting old.
In my new house I could not get either my 2003 LS or my 2005 STR to work any of the 5 automatic door openers. I fought with this several long and frustration times.
Turns out that Homelink has been totally changed and our cars will not work with these new type garage door openers. Here is an explanation of what is going on.

Just great you say??
Well here is the work around and it works fine and is pretty cheap at $25.
You need a Homelink Repeater kit.

HomeLink
You can get them on EBay and Amazon but surprisingly I found the Homelink people to be the cheapest.
What's going on is the frequency was changed. So you need this repeater kit so your remote will talk to the repeater kit. Then the repeater kit has the correct frequencies to talk to the new style door openers.
Now notice the repeater kit has a short piece of wire hanging out of it. That's an antenna. The push button remote that comes with the repeater is only used once and then it's never used again and you use your car buttons just like always.
You need one repeater kit per garage door.
