I have posted this before but this thread is a great example of what NOT to do.
Wonderful post and many pictures which are all gone now. Why?
ALWAYS post your pictures directly to this list. If you use any hosting spot or other crap all the pictures will disappear whenever it crashes or moves and we end up like this one. Nothing but X's in place of all the pictures.

Firstly people post their progress with pictures as a courtesy, a free service, the appropriate response would be thank you for hard work and posting links to how you did the procedure.
Secondly there is nothing to demanding on removing the engine as long as you take the trans out with it. The radiators (all of them have to be pulled). You can take just the trans out but you have to be pretty crameative with extensions and wobble bars and u-j 's to get to the bellhousing bolts and the exhaust gets in the way. The engine comes out with relative ease the biggest issue being the plastic clips holding looms and the small breather pipes are super brittle. Disconnecting everything is no different from most cars. I swapped my engine out in a day, the second day I replaced the trans fluids, hooked the pipes and wires up. Oil and coolant change and I was done. I also deleted my pictures but most things are custom made, take pictures as you go, you can even steal the write up above and add your pictures into the text.
