Do I Need the Special Tool to Remove the Wiper Arms

Do not remove the arms for pollen filter replacement. And you do not need special tool.
Remove the four clips on passenger sideof cowl by pushing center pin until clicks. Then remove the two furthest outside screw covers (pass side) and remove the 2 20 torx screw. Pull up that side of the cowl, replace filter and reinstall everything.
