It looks VERY expensive so does it do something to justify its price even if it works?

I saw their "incomplete" list.

I really just wanted a scan tool I can use with my iphone.

elm327 WiFi version, apparently. I don't see why you can't use the BT (bluetooth) one but maybe another Apple issue?
