Dry Sump for STR Track Use

Dry Sump for STR Track Use
I'm planning on using my 03 STR for more HPDE and track days with newer performance tires. I was wondering because of the advancement of performance tire technologies in the past 22 years since my STR was built, do the increased grip levels cause any known issues with the wet sump system in the stock 4.2 SC engine at high Gs? Anyone with track time on their STRs have any issues related to oil pressure in cornering?
I also found in my research that the Aston Martin V8 Vantage with a similar AJ-V8 has a dry sump system unique to it. Did they do this for packaging reasons or were they experiencing lubrication issues with the stock wet sump under cornering?

Are there any aftermarket kit options for a dry sump system for the AJ33S or will I need to bite the bullet and try to find a used Aston Martin kit?
