Default EGR Valve, again, sorry

2005 S Type R : I think I've read most posts on this subject here and other places but absolutely nowhere can I find a full list of parts I will need. I have on their way to me an EGR Valve and 2 gaskets. I have also seen the throttle body must be removed and therefore I'll need a new gasket, can't find one.
This Forum is an incredible fount of knowledge and thanks everyone who posted their EGR valve journeys some of which put fear in my heart!
So, do I have everything my mechanics will need?
Thanks

Use the jaguar parts catalog and google the part number. I found mine on ebay when i did my egr on an 06 str. Should be the same. If you are in the US try terrys jag. They have the same jpec catalog and lots of parts. Tell your mechanic to be careful with the rubber hose that connects the throttle body to the intake pipe. They are prone to separate at the hose clamp area and are unavailable except used if lucky

I got it from SNG Barratt USA. Couldn't get Terrys as well as other US outfits to ship to Canada unfortunately. Where do I find the Jag parts catalogue, I've looked round the forum and not found it

There are several but they seem to all be from the same source.
Try;
Jaguar OEM Parts

Be SURE to put the VIN in to check that the part number is correct! Jaguar uses the last 6 digits of the VIN to determine what parts are for that specific car.

I also recommend and use almost daily the wonderful J-Part which was created by a fellow forum member named Steve. This allows us owners to use JEPC now that Flash Player has been discontinued and removed from Windows. It free and well worth getting and setting up.
J-Part

Here is the exploded view of the EGR on the S-Type.

Note this is from J-Part and is exactly what the dealer parts guys use.

After some time on the SNG Barratt site I've found the parts catalogue and it's a great help. I did see the posts about J-Part and I'll work on getting that setup. Thanks much appreciated

Pressure test part #3 (EGR tube) Jaguar came out with an updated part. Easily can have a crack, etc.

Replacements are expensive...

abonano, thanks. My VIN is N16394 so one of the later ones, maybe it has the updated part but will have the guys check that pipe. SNG Barratt says $702USD or $940CAD and special order that's if it's available at all.

Thanks, so the pipe I have is the better? Used replacement probably not an easy option in NS, Canada but good to know - availability good in UK? New $840CAD locally, $940CAD in US

There is a complete valve and pipe assembly on ebay out of an R model if you want to check it. I just put jaguar egr pipe in the search bar and it popped up. I think it was 189.00 US plus 40 or so shipping. Item 225913521536 and it says canada as a destination ok to ship to

Thanks, it's on its way and got it for $150 so hopefully I'll have all the parts I need once it arrives. Appreciate all the help.
