Hi All,
Have a problem with the interior electrochromatic mirror(s) not working. When you turn them on the green light is lit, turn them off and a red light used to light up indicating it was off. The red light doesn't come on anymore?
My question is could it be a wiring fault somewhere in the harness?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Andrew

Electrochromatic mirrors can leak and not work:
had it on a car before not sure but think it was an older model S type.
I might still have the replacement kicking around in garage never got round to fitting it.
You could see the liquid collecting along bottom edge on the knackered one.
But it could be wiring?

Welcome to the forum Andrew, please post an intro when you can in the new members section.
It would help if you gave us your vehicle details, year model etc.

Just a small comment. On the Lincoln LS boards the fluid that leaks out of these mirrors is called "Dragon's Blood" because it is VERY damaging to anything it drips on.
So if you see bubbles or odd optical things in the mirror keep a sharp eye out and if it starts to leak. Pull it out or wrap a rag around it so your console does not get ruined.
