Check to see if valve covers are leaking oil into spark plug receptacle. If this is the
case it causes the coils to go bad and messes your spark.
Have not had to do wheel bearings one of the other guys will help on that.

I have the V8 so you can get to both sides easy. The V6 I think you have to remove the intake to get to the rear coils, the front ones are easy.

front bearings can be pretty easy ..unless there seized.. then they need to be chizzled out..
sounds like coils check engine light flashing?

In the good old days you hadone coil with a wire to the distibutor with 6 individual wires to each spark plug so whena coil went bad ( and this was very, very rare ) you just replaced the coil.
Now you have one coil on top of each spark plug and on a 2000 Jag
they all will eventually go bad.
