Default Engineering test mode?

I cannot activate ETM. The instructions don't seem to apply to my S type. My trip button is on the dash and I only have one screen in my instrument cluster.

I've moved your question from Jaguar Forums Advice / Feedback & Suggestion Center section to S-Type section.

Members here with the same model will be able to help.

What year is your car, my guess is pre 2003, and you are looking at instructions for the facelift version.

Mine is a 2000. Are there instructions for this year model?

Not that I have seen anywhere but it's basically a ford so the very well might be.
