Excessive fuel use?

Based on the long term fuel trim on bank 2, I suggest you look at the IMT o-ring condition - looks like one side is leaking air.
Simple test is to take clean paper and wipe the underside of the intake manifold towards rear right side. If you see oily/greasy residue, the IMT or-rings needs replacement. Correcting this air leak will improve your fuel economy.

It's a perfectly harmless textfile, just too large for the upload limit.

IMT = Intake Manifold ??

There is an excellent thread by Joycejag that shows everything about IMT and replacement, here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ics-faq-32135/
If indeed it's IMT rings, you will replace both at the same time thus I wouldn't spend time determining which is bank 1 and 2. You can compare the data dump before and after the o-ring replacement to acertain the improvement on the long term fuel trim parameter.

Well, I replaced the O-Rings, it had the old yellow rings fitted, and when undoing the two bolts they were so loose they fell out of their own accord!
Fitted the new rings and had to use firm pressure to get them back into the manifold, got a torque wrench in there without any real issues to torque the bolts up correctly.
Performance seemed a bit better almost immediately, but it was not until I did a full reset on the car (see the cloned dealer scan tool thread) that I have noticed any significant difference. I'm now getting low to mid 30s for mpg!! Woot!
Wonder what else I can do now

I am seriously pleased, as is my hip pocket!
Incidentally you may be interested given your avatar that I've tagged along on a few motorcycle rides on the Old Pacific Highway in NSW with Steve Bisley on his old Fireblade, he can seriously throw a bike around at high speed, very good rider. Nice enough bloke as well, don't think I've mentioned this on this forum before, but it is pretty cool having shared the road with The Goose.....
